Die Wolfhorn Ranch ist ein Ort im Mojave-Ödland und war eine erfolgreiche Großhorn Ranch. Sie wurde kürzlich von seinem Eigentümer Ulysses aufgegeben.
Beschreibung
Die Wolfhorn Ranch befindet sich östlich von Nipton und südlich von dem Punkt, wo sich die Straße teilt und zu Ranger Station Charlie bzw. Camp Searchlight führt. Es gibt einen Raum mit einem Ofen, einem Waffenschrank, zwei Spinden und einem Bett. Die Container hier erneuern sich nicht, also kann der Spieler seine Sachen sicher verstauen.Auch das Bett kann zum Schlafen benutzt werden, allerdings erhält man nicht den "Gut ausgeruht"-Status.
Beute
- Metzger - ein einzigartiges Hackbeil, was auf dem Ofen liegt.
- Die moderne Zuhaltung - neben dem Kühlschrank auf dem Boden.
- Kleinkalibergewehr - auf einem Regal im Haus.
- Rasierklinge - auf dem Spind links, wenn man das Haus betritt.
- Ödland-Omelett - manchmal im Ofen.
- Karawanenschrotflinte - in einem Grab nordwestlich des Hauses.
- Schlagring - auch im Grab.
Notizen
- This is a possible location for player housing.
- If you follow the paths built behind the ranch, you can find a grave that you actualy dont have to have a shovel to loot atop a hill overlooking the highway to the north-west. (campfire)
- In the Italian, German and French version of Fallout: New Vegas, the Wolfhorn Ranch is called "Accampamento di Ulysses", "Ulysses' Lager" or "Camp d'Ulysses". All three designations translate to "Ulysses' Camp".
- North-east of the ranch, two travelling merchants plus Brahmin and caravan guards will spawn on the overpass bridge should the player approach it from the west. They will valiantly try to reach Novac, however, the Legion ambushes, Viper gunslingers, and wasteland creatures along their path ensure their demise unless the player gives them a helping hand.
- Two lockers or one random ammunition box may have a stealth boy in it, but the chance is very low.
