Hintergrund
Her skeleton can be found in the secret room of the Harbor Grand Hotel. Franny was the mistress of U.S. Navy Captain Arnold Wabash. Because of this, he thought he could trust her with his plan to sabotage the USS Democracy and steal the missile launch key so the Navy could not use the submarine in the upcoming war. Though Arnold believed Franny would be onboard with the plan, she really believed he was a coward and demanded the location of the launch key at gunpoint in their hotel room. Arnold also had hidden a gun, and after being tortured by Franny and telling her the location of the key, he used it to kill her before she could leave the room.
