Der Gatling-Laser ist die am weitesten entwickelte Energiewaffe, die von Menschen entwickelt wurde, (nach diversen Alienwaffen wie z.B. dem Alien-Blaster) der einer Minigun ähnelt. Der Hauptunterschied besteht darin, dass der Gatling-Laser wie der Name schon ausdrückt, Laser anstatt konventionelle Projektile verschießt. Diese Schusswaffe erscheint in Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas und Fallout Tactics.

H&K L30 Gatling laser
An H&K L30 Gatling laser (also referred to as the Sunbeam Gatling laser[1]). Designed specifically for military use, these were in the prototype stage at the beginning of the War. Multiple barrels allow longer firing before overheating. They are powered by microfusion cells.
Unnamed Gatling laser
<section begin="Unnamed Gatling-Laser" /> In contrast with the L30 Gatling laser, this model is not only fully automatic and with a much larger ammo capacity, requiring a back-mounted battery pack, but also mass produced.
