Action Boy oder Action Girl (abhängig vom Geschlecht des Charakters), ist ein Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout Tactics, Van Buren, und J.E. Sawyer's Fallout Role-Playing Game Extra.

In Fallout and Fallout 2, the counter only shows up to 10 Action Points, but internally it keeps track of any extras. In Fallout Tactics all APs are shown properly.
Fallout 3
Mit dem Aktion Boy / Action Girl Extra erhalten Sie zusätzlich 25 Aktionspunkte, die im V.A.T.S verwendet werden können. This is sometimes used as a substitute for a high Agility rating, and is helpful for characters who rely on V.A.T.S rather than real time combat.
Action Boy is best taken with similar V.A.T.S. related perks, such as Wired Reflexes, Commando, Sniper, Gunslinger and Grim Reaper's Sprint. Also consider using jet or ultrajet, Ledoux's hockey mask and Ranger battle armor, Energiewaffen (since they use a small number of Action Points), and high Agility and Glück.
Bugs
- The loading screen "tip" incorrectly lists Action Boy's effect as +20AP.
Fallout: New Vegas
With the Action Boy / Action Girl perk, you gain an additional 15 action points to use in V.A.T.S. mode. Compared to the Fallout 3 version of this perk, it awards 10 action points less per rank, but two ranks exist instead of one.
J.E. Sawyer's Fallout RPG
In J.E. Sawyer's Fallout Role-Playing Game the perk would have allowed you to perform two skill-related actions during the action phase, but the results of the skill checks would have always been halved for both.
