La Maison Beauregard ist ein Ort welcher in Washington, D.C. liegt.
Hintergrund
Es ist wahrscheinlich ein Restaurant oder Hotel gewesen, dass jedoch innerhalb völlig eingestürzt zu sein scheint, auch wenn der äußere Eindruck etwas anderes vermuten lässt, es ist nahe von Georgetown East gelegen in Washington, D.C.. Das Innere des Gebäudes ist recht klein. Vor dem Eingang trifft der Spieler bereits auf zwei Supermutanten. Es ist vorsicht geboten, sollte man sich bei den vielen Autowracks die dort verstreut sind in ein Gefecht verwickeln, kann dass böse enden, Fernkampf könnte man als taktischen Vorteil dem Nahkampf diesmal vorziehen.
Sobald man das Gebäude betritt, trifft man zur linken gleich auf einen Supermutanten, ein Stück weiter in den Foyer rein, bis hoch zu einer Bar und einem Freizeitbereich mit Poolbillardtisch, wartet ein weiterer Supermutant mit Raketenwerfer auf euch.
Bewohner
There are some leveled Supermutanten inside, and two out in the courtyard ready to greet you. They are mostly equipped with heavy weapons such as miniguns and missile launchers.
If you have Broken Steel, there is a possibility that two super mutant overlords will be inside the building near the entrance if you are a high level, so be prepared.

- On an upstairs pool table there is a Mini-Atombombe, ein Stealth Boy and a key-locked suitcase containing the all-nighter nightwear. Lag-Bolt has the key. Killing him, and looting his corpse will give you Lag-Bolt's shades and Lag-Bolt's combat armor. (It should be noted that the all-nighter nightwear and Lag-Bolt will only appear in the Broken Steel Add-On.)
- On a shelf across from the upstairs pool table: a bottle of Nuka-Cola Quantum.
