Laut Herbert Dashwood's Computer, umfasste Paradise Falls' ehemalige Sklavenhändler Penelope Chase und Harmon Jurley. Harmon Jurley war der Anführer von Paradise Falls um 2250. In 2277, ist Paradise Falls unter Führung von Eulogy Jones.
