Jarvis ist ein Bewohner von Shady Sands in 2161. He is found on a makeshift bed in the back of Razlo's home.
Hintergrund
Jarvis is Seth's younger brother[1]. One day, Jarvis was investigating inside the Radscorpion cave, and was poisoned by one of them, leading to his ailment. Later, the Vaultbewohner stumbled upon Shady Sands, and tended to Jarvis, thus bringing him salvation (it is unknown whether this is part of Fallout canon or not).
