Mojave-Sehenswürdigkeiten-Schneekugeln sind sammelbare Gegenstände in Fallout: New Vegas. Es gibt insgesamt sieben davon, die der Spieler im Hauptspiel und dessen vier Add-Ons Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues und Lonesome Road finden kann.

Charakteristiken

“Diese seltenen Vorkriegsartefakte werden allgemein als wertlos betrachtet, aber es gibt Gerüchte, dass einige Sammler viel für sie zahlen.”

Der ikonische Vault Boy taucht in jeder Schneekugel auf. Trotz mangelnder Hintergrundinformationen kann man davon ausgehen, dass dies  ebenso als Werbemaßnahme von Vault-Tec fungiert wie die Wackelpuppen an der Ostküste, die man in Fallout 3 finden konnte.

Die sieben Behälter aus dem Hauptspiel können an Jane verkauft werden. Sie gibt dem Spieler 2.000 Kronkorken pro Stück und sie werden auf das Regal in der Lucky 38-Präsidentensuite aufgestellt.

Schneekugeln, die man in den Add-Ons finden kann, werden auf ein Regal gestellt, das sich über dem für die Schneekugeln aus dem Hauptspiel befindet. Sobald man eine Schneekugel aufnimmt, bekommt man 2.000 Kronkorken (Mit Ausnahme der Sierra-Madre-Schneekugel, die 2.000 Sierra-Madre-Chips bringt) und die Schneekugel wird auf dem Regal erscheinen.

Der Strip	In the Vault 21 Hotel, on the nightstand in Sarah's average-locked room in the northeast corner of Vault 21, next to the buyable room. You can pickpocket Sarah for the keys if necessary.	0015db3d
Sierra Madre	Located near Dean's Secret Stash in the upper levels of Salida del Sol North. From the southern-most entrance to Salida del Sol South (inside a house in Salida del Sol North), proceed down the stairway and out to the street, then look behind you for the entrance hole in the wall above. This area can be reached by going up the stairs located around the corner to the southeast and following the rooftops back toward the hole.	xx00fe80

Lonesome Road	Found at the Junction 7 rest stop just past the High Road. When leaving the High Road, take a right, the shop is at the bottom of the hill. The snow globe is upstairs, inside a fallen bookshelf.	xx004687

Infos

• Snow globes are marked as Questgegenstände and cannot be removed from the player's inventory (unless sold to Jane).
• Due to being marked quest items, snow globes have no net weight, despite being marked as having a weight of 1 lb. (Fixed in a recent patch)
• If you kill Mr. House, Jane will disappear, and you will no longer be able to remove the snow globes from your inventory. However, on PC you can use the console command player.placeatme 00116a50 to spawn Jane to your location to continue adding snow globes to your stand. Should Jane still be aggressive after spawning, use console command stopcombat after having clicked at her to stop all combat.
• You only need to obtain the seven snow globes not found in add-ons to get the Globe Trotter trophy/achievement; you are not required to sell them.
• You cannot interact with the snow globes in any way after they are on the display shelf.
• DLC snow globes will be added to the shelf automatically and do not require Mr. House to be alive.
• The Toaster in The Sink will shout out that it has a "super-rare Mojave snow globe", and all you have to do to get it is reach down into his bread slot. Due to the murderous nature of the Toaster, this is an attempt to kill the Courier via electrocution.
• The Sierra Madre snow globe will award 2000 Sierra Madre-Chips instead of caps upon picking it up.

Bugs

• Manchmal bekommt man den Erfolg Schneekönig nicht. (Bevor man die letzte Schneekugel aufhebt, sollte man speichern.)
• Manchmal erhält man den Erfolg nicht sofort, sondern erst wenn der nächste Erfolg freigeschalten wurde.
• Hebt man die Schneekugel auf (nicht ins Inventar) und schüttelt sie, kann es passieren, das einzelne Schneeteilchen aus der Kugel fallen.
• Manchmal kann es passieren, dass man nur eine Schneekugel gleichzeitig an Jane verkaufen kann.
• Die Big MT Schneekugel kann unsichtbar sein (bestätigt auf der PS3 und der XBOX 360).
