Stimpak, or stimulation delivery package, is a type of hand-held medication used for healing the body. This item consists of a syringe for containing and delivering the medication and a gauge for measuring the status of the stimpak's contents. When the medicine is injected, it provides immediate healing of the body's minor wounds.
Health dispensers used during the Anchorage Reclamation, manufactured by Lee Rapid Pharmaceuticals, have an identical delivery method, which hints that stimpaks are also a product of the company.

Stimpak
Die reguläre Version der Droge. Sie heilt nur einige Wunden, hat aber keine Nebenwirkungen.
Super-Stimpak
Eine weiterentwickelte Version, während es schwere Wunden heilt, hat es auch unangenehme Nebenwirkungen. Die Super-Version kommt in einem hypodermalen, aber mit einem zusätzlichen Fläschchen, dass stärkere Rauschgifte enthält als das Basismodell und einen Lederriemen, um die Nadel zu Ihrem Glied festzuschnallen. The auto-inject (super) stimpak is a modified stimpak which monitors vital signs, allowing for timely emergency treatment. It is used automatically from the player's inventory when their hit points drop below 50% (25% auto-inject super stimpak) of current maximum level.
