Das Wohnhaus der Wests ist ein Ort in Ödland der Hauptstadt. Es war das Heim von Ian und Lucy West's Eltern.
Aufmachung
A single room shack, inside is a bunk bed and a single bed, both of which can be used even after the Blood Ties quest is completed. There is a dresser for storage and a set of broken shelves with several pots and pans on them. When the Lone Wanderer first enters, the bodies of Ian West's parents are on the floor in a pool of blood. They are removed when the Blood Ties quest is completed.

- Depending on the outcome of Blood Ties, Ian West may or may not live here.
- The house can be used for player housing as it has a free bed and storage. The only difference is Ian may be a roommate.
