Das Präsidentenkellergeschoss ist ein Kellergeschoss im 
Fallout 3 Add-On 
Broken Steel. Es verbindet die Versorgungsräume unter dem Weißen Haus mit der Präsidentenmetro, die Ausgänge zum Ostflügel des Kapitols und zur Adams Air Force Base.
Grundriss
Das Präsidentenkellergeschoss ist hauptsächlich ein U-Bahn-Tunnel, der unter dem West- und Ostflügel des Weißen Hauses verläuft. Er wird von Wachbots und automatischen Geschütztürmen bewacht.
Bemerkenswerte Beute
- Senatsmitarbeiter-ID - Nachdem man den ersten Tunneldurchquert hat, im zweiten in einem verunglückten Metro-Zug, neben einem Skelett.
- Mini-Atombombe - in dem Metro-Wagen direkt hinter dem, in welchem man die Senatsmitarbeiter-ID finden kann.
